AMENDMENTS TO CONDITIONS FOR RESIDENCE PERMIT FOR INVESTMENT
修訂投資居留許可條件
On 28th January Order No. 1661-A/2013 was published which changed the conditions for the application of the special residence permit for investment activity in Portugal.
於2013年1月28日的1661-A/2013字號公告，針對特殊在葡萄牙的投資居留許可做了一些修訂
The most significant changes contained in this document are:
其中最主要的變化如下：
1. To access the residence permit it is now only necessary to create 10 jobs instead of 30 jobs
1.現在只需要提供10個就業機會即可取得居留許可，而非之前的30個就業機會
2. The investment of the amount of or above 1 million Euros can be held in unlisted companies on the stock market (shares).
2.超過100萬歐元以上的投資，可以持有非上市公司的股票
3. Acquiring the property in co-ownership as long as each of the co-owners invests more than € 500,000.00.
3.只要每個個別投資者的投資金額超過50萬歐元，即可共同購置不動產物業
3.1 The requirement of acquisition of property may also be demonstrated by promissory contract with a deposit of or above € 500,000.00. This means that the residence permit for investment can be applied for with a mere signed promissory contract.
3.1具有可證明50萬歐元以上存款的承兌合約亦可以購置物業。這意味著，即便只有承兌合約也是可以申請投資居留許可
3.2 The promissory contract must be registered at the Land Registry Office and before renewing the residence permit for investment, the title deeds of purchase and sale must be presented.
3.2承兌合約必須在土地註冊處註冊，同時在更新居留許可投資以前，必須先出示買賣所有權狀
3.3 A declaration issued by a financial institution is also necessary to prove the transfer of the capital for payment of the deposit in the promissory contract in the amount of or above € 500,000.00 (five hundred thousand Euros).
3.3 金融機構也需要發表證明資本轉移支付承兌合約50萬歐元或以上的存款聲明
4. The properties purchased can be rented out or leased for commercial, agricultural or tourist exploration.
4. 購置的物業可以做為商業、農業或旅遊探索的出租使用
5. To renew the residence permit applicants may stay a minimum of:
a) Only 7 days during the first year and not 30 days
b) Only 14 days and not 60 days during the following two years
5. 要更新居留許可申請必須至少待上
a)第一年只需要7天，而非30天
b)接下來的每二年只要14天，而非60天
